I clearly returned this item, without complication, via Prime! Return process was without complication... However, its never the goal to return ANY item. That said, I purchased this item in a triple-bulk purchase that I'm sure you can verify, if needed, all of which I returned as well. The packaging in one of the received items was deficient creating a sticky mess to the accompanied items :(... That said, despite the source of hair this item is intended for, it DID NOT work for ME! This review is not to propose that it is not useful for finer hair which I must state is definitely POSSIBLE as effective, but for me it was not. In short, purchase freely at your own discretion, depending on the coarseness of your hair. In my opinion, the coarser, the least effective this product may be.

Sometimes, few words are all you need! All I can say is that after years of perming my hair, I decided to go natural. I wish I had gone natural 40 years ago. I love this twist & set spray. It keeps my twist curls in place and still gives a nice natural feel. I will never stop using this setting spray. My hair can't go with out.
