Colief Infant Drops 15ml is a natural, enzyme-based supplement designed to break down lactose in breast milk or formula, easing infant colic caused by transient lactase deficiency. Safe from birth, it helps babies digest milk more comfortably, reducing crying and digestive discomfort. Recommended by healthcare professionals, it supports infants until their own lactase production matures, typically by 3-4 months.

We tried it with our 2 week old but were skeptical, plus the whole "must be mixed 30 minutes in advance" seemed kinda impossible. However, i had to write this review because it worked and it's doable. I had to start pumping milk, putting it in bottles in 1 feeding portions, adding the drops and refrigirating them. So at night i put a few bottles of milk on ice and bring them up into the bedroom before sleep. All i have to do is warm up a bottle when baby wakes up, which takes only a couple of minutes. Baby is so much calmer, gets better sleep, doesn't wake up or stay up crying and stretching and kicking his little legs. I was not happy about having to pump milk and losing the one on one time of breastfeeding, but when i saw how much better my son felt, it made it worth it. Hopefully i can wean him off it in a couple of months and go back to breastfeeding. Follow up: baby is now almost 5 months old. We used Colief for 1 month and were able to stop with no issues.

BUY THESE!!! If you baby is experiencing "colic" these are worth a shot. We tried everything - Gripe Water, Mylicon, eliminating dairy in my diet, digestive enzymes for me, and probiotics for me and the baby. Nothing worked. These have been a miracle. I mostly pump breastmilk and I can put 2-4 drops of these in each bottle (2 if it will sit for a while and 4 if I intend to feed in the next 30 minutes) and my baby does much better. She still has gas, but no more inconsolable crying bouts that last 60-90 minutes every time she eats!! For breastfeeding you can put some pump milked in a spoon or small bowl and add 4 drops, then suck it up with a syringe (the kind you probably got with gripe water or tylenol) and give it to the baby right before breastfeeding. I showed the drops to the pediatrician and lactation consultant and they said they are perfectly safe. These do ship from Ireland so they will take some time to arrive (about 2 weeks). If you need them fast you may want to find a local company that sells them.

I’m sure this works well, I’m just trying to figure out the best way to use it. I feel like once I figure that out I’ll see the results I wanted

I gave the drops to my 6 weeks old and he started to have pain discomfort the whole day. He never cried for so long and so hurtful until these drops. Just stick to the gas drops or gripe water….

I never write reviews, but I live my life based off amazon reviews. My ped gave me these and I threw them in a drawer not thinking I would need them and totally forgot about them!! Fast forward two weeks and my three week old hasn't pooped in over a week and has the most awful gas making her stomach so hard and bloated. I went into the drawer I threw them in looking for another pacifier and saw these. I immediately started using them and after 24 hours I am a huge believer. She has been pooping and passing gas just fine all day. I'm upset there's only 49 reviews and these arent more widely known!! I'll tell everyone I know and hopefully word gets out. They are a Pain to administer but worth it! I exclusively pump so I put the drops in the milk then put it in the fridge. Sometimes I keep fresh expressed milk out at room temperature and I just put 4 drops into that and feed her the drops in her bottle. I figure that's similar to doing it as you would right before breastfeeding. We are BOTH so relieved!
