Love these! pop them in my water when im working out! on days when i dont have time to make my own work out water! im not crazy about supplements, rather do it naturally but i recognise and appreciate there is a place for them in society! these are good, i like the taste lemony, they dissolve completely, yeh, i think they are great when i need to use them

So I bought these while I had covid as a way to stay hydrated and have a pick me up. Generally I found even though my sense of taste was a bit funny I enjoyed the taste of these and generally it just acted as a nice pick me up mid morning which is when I was always feeling my worst. They dissolve pretty quickly which is good and I thought for 20 tablets it was a decent enough price. Just to add, the tablets are not individually wrapped they are all just in the tube, I personally preferred this as there was less packaging to get rid of.

I decided to try these as an alternative to the orange flavoured tablets I’d previously tried. For me, the flavour really wasn’t great at all, reminded me of Alka-Seltzer! But that’s only my opinion. They dissolve well and I don’t get cramp in the evening of a training day when I take it so that’s a good thing!

Best stuff on the planet. Doesn’t leave a disgusting pink residue like some of the other ones, really easy to drink and it’s become a household favourite for whenever anyone has a hangover. Get rid of cramps when you’ve had too much alcohol, it’s really good when you’ve had a good work out, if you ever throw up and you feel really woozy afterwards, this stuff is a panacea. Tastes lovely and is easy to drink.

While Fast&Up Reload is effective, the fussy preparation and potential for an unpleasant drinking experience if you're not careful knock it down to a middle-of-the-road option. It's decent for those who don't mind being precise with their mixing, but there might be more user-friendly alternatives out there.

I've been having these once a day for over a week now and have seen a massive improvement in my energy levels and less tired. Tastes like lemonade. They are a little on the expensive side but happy to pay this as they are making a difference and will be buying again soon.

I like lemon/lime flavours, and I couldn’t find any Hi5 tablets in this flavour so I chanced this brand. Nice flavour and pleasant to drink, but unlike the Hi5 that I use one in a litre, one tablet of these is for 500ml. Not as good as Hi5 but a nice taste nonetheless. I would buy again.
