Really helps with my neck pain
The Cervical Neck Traction Device for Home Use has been an absolute lifesaver for my neck pain. This portable neck stretcher hammock that fits over the door is incredibly easy to set up and use. From the moment I started using it, I noticed a significant reduction in my neck tension and discomfort. The design is intuitive and user-friendly. It takes just a couple of minutes to attach it securely to any door, and once in place, it provides a comfortable and effective stretch. The quality of the materials used is top-notch, ensuring durability and a safe experience every time. The straps are adjustable, allowing me to find the perfect height and angle for optimal traction. One of the standout features is the immediate relief it provides. After just a few minutes of use, I can feel the pressure being alleviated from my cervical spine. It’s been a fantastic addition to my daily routine, especially after long hours of sitting at a desk. The device helps to improve my posture and reduce the strain on my neck muscles. Portability is another great aspect of this neck traction device. It’s lightweight and compact, making it easy to take with me when I travel. Whether I’m at home or away, I can always count on it to provide the relief I need. The hammock-like design is also incredibly relaxing. It cradles my head and allows me to fully relax while the traction gently stretches and decompresses my neck. This combination of comfort and effectiveness makes it a standout product. Overall, this product is a game-changer for anyone dealing with neck pain or tension. It’s easy to use, highly effective, and provides immediate relief. This product has greatly improved my quality of life and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of neck pain relief.

Cervical pain relief
Easy to assemble, takes a little practice to learn how to find just the tight spot but when you do my cervical discomfort disappeared rather quickly!

It works but it breaks down after about 20 uses.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I recommend using a mouth guard. I liked this product. It worked incredibly well for the first twenty uses. After that, the inside began to break down along with the durability of the rope, but mostly the mechanism inside the blue box. I think it's probably worth the 30 bucks to try it, even if you only get a couple of dozen uses. About a buck a use. lol It definitely brings relief and straightens out your upper spine/neck, but it broke down relatively quickly. For reference, my weight is just under 200 pounds.

Works better than most that I’ve tried, but pulls too much on the chin
There are several reasons that I sent this back, The first reason is the design, the majority of the pull is on your chin, not the occipital area which is where cervical traction is supposed to come from. Pulling from the chin tilts your head backwards, which increases the curvature of your c-spine, which if you have an issue with your neck this is a really bad thing, and will cause more pain. When doing cervical traction the pull is supposed to come from the occipital area, this is the area on the back of your head that sticks out. However, compared to most cheaper traction devices on the market, this one is not as bad as some of the others. But for me as I have multiple issues in my neck, not just a pinched nerve, but I have permanent spasms, I did get some relief from it at first, but after the third day of using this, the muscles in the front of my neck started to get really sore, the strain of being stretched up by my chin was actually causing muscle strain, this is when I decided to send it back. It is also quite awkward to get in by yourself especially if you are in pain. You shouldn’t be using neck traction unless you have a problem in the first place, and if you have a problem then you probably have pain, and lifting your arms above your head and trying to get yourself in the right position and hook everything in and find the pulley is quite difficult when you’re in pain. It is a good price, and it does give some traction, out of the cheap options that are out there, this is probably one of the better ones, and if it’s all you can get/afford then using it carefully and in moderation would probably help.

Helps a great deal with the tingling in arm and hands
My doctor recommended it because I was experiencing a lot of tingling in my arms and hands. Can't give you the names of the nerves involved, but stretching your neck definitely makes the tingling go away —at least for me it did. I kow that if I dont do it, my arm and hands will go to sleep when I sleep.

Lay down instead of sitting
Works great. The best way to do it though is lay on the floor and put the anchor on the bottom of the door. Now you’re flat and your body is the anchor and you can really get traction. I advise using mouth piece while doing it cuz it’ll squeeze your jaws together, preventing you from a really good stretch for extended periods of time

Need a jaw of steel!
It works if you can stand the pain of your jaw being pushed up forcing your teeth to close together!! Your jaw gets tired! There's just no way to do proper traction without professional equipment!!

lol what a joke of a device. The models they use for their images must all be 4'0 tall. I'm 6'2 and could not find any way to use this. Standing up is impossible on a regular door. Kneeling down is impossible to do for 20-30 mins. Sitting in the chair didn't work either. The most cheapest materials used for this. Do NOT waste your money and I feel for all the others with chronic neck pain
