Is it possible to cut it, for custom size?

Yes you can cut it - it is very tough and I suggest using an electric jig saw with a blade suitable for cutting plastic.

Does it stop chair from rolling back?

Unless your floor is on a slope, your chair won't roll back of its own accord. Otherwise, the mat is relatively smooth making it easier to move the chair about without causing damage to the hard floor. It's pretty flimsy though and has a tendency to curl up and move about a bit, annoyingly.

Does this product come rolled or flat in packaging?
