As a sealer of a finished puzzle? Yes. But I would first put a sealer on it first like midge podge. Then finish with resin

What is the best coloring for this resin ?

You can use a variety of colorants we do however have our own line of ResinTint that works wonderfully :) It is important to note that when mixing colorant not to exceed 6% colorant to the total volume of catalyzed resin or you will have issues curing.
