Gets Hot, But Not Sure It’s Better
A family member recommended this to me, and it definitely gets hot! It works, but I’m not sure if I like it any better than what I was already using. The roll-on is convenient, though.

Really hot if I am
I really like the heat it puts out when I heat up. However if I am not actively moving heating my body up it’s no hotter than biofreeze or icy hot.

Wow!
Stop it! This stuff is AMAZING! This was recommended for my tennis elbow but I immediately rolled it on every ache and pain! If I could bathe in it, I would. But, 🔥! 🤣 I will definitely be ordering more.

Strong smell
Product has a strong mental smell, obviously as the percentage is higher than any other product like this. It works, doesn't get warm but works and that's all that matters. Worth the price to help with the pain. Doesn't last very long.

Underwhealming
I got this because it was supposed to have capsaicin in it & was supposed to get hot.Active ingredients:Methyl Salicylate - 20%Menthol - 10%Capsaicin - 0.002%So while yes it technically does have capsaicin in it, it is SUCH a minuscule amount, that it does nothing. There is zero heat from this stuff. 0.002% that is 2/1000 or two, one thousandths of a percent.& 0.002% of 88.5mL is roughly 0.5 pinch. A half of a pinch, or a dash. Which to give you some scale a pinch is 1/8 (an eighth) of a tea spoon, so this would be 1/16 (one sixteenth) of a teaspoon. That is about how much capsaicin is in this stuff.Yeah, yeah i know. Maths, eww! Suffice to say it is a very small amount. That aside, there are some things about the roller ball to be aware of. The roller only works with friction, so once you start applying the cream to your skin, the roller ball stops rolling & no more lotion come out.Which may account for some reports of people popping out the roller balls. They try to get more cream to come out & get the ball moving again, so they squeeze the tube, but the inevitable happens & the ball pops out & they get cream all over the place.
