Not too hard, not too soft, it’s just right
So, I was GOING to share a photo of how “soft” the item is but Amazon wouldn’t let me access my photos even after granting the app full access, so….I’d like to say that for my body, this EVA roller is the perfect hardness. I got an EPP foam roller to begin with and it was hard as a rock! Ugh, SO uncomfortable. This one is great. It does have a few indentations (which I also showed in the photo I couldn’t post), but they in no way affect the quality of the roller, they are inherent in the production of the item.

Love this! It’s prefect dentist not too firm or soft. Works well on quads which is what I got it for.

Firm roller
My PT recommend that I purchase a medium density foam roller. This particular roller is much firmer than the one I used at PT. It's too firm for me.
