How do you contact the company for a replacement. The 1/2 rachet broke on me?

If you recently purchased this item, you can go to the original invoice page under Returns and Orders if you are within the 30 day return window. click on return or replace. sending a message regarding the problem. Another option would be to click on get help. You can message the vendor/supplier there. Most are accommodating in replacements within a reasonable amount time. If it has been longer than 60 days, and you get little response from the vendor, you can still make a complaint to Amazon. Hope this helps
