I brought this for a private birthday party. The size was perfect. The colors were vibrant. It was worth the value. It’s very durable so it can be used again and it appearance was beautiful.

I bought the balloon birthday kit but found putting it together was a challenge. There was no instructions in the packaging. Thank goodness I had tall friends who helped me assemble it. I blew 25 balloons up, half, the night before and transported them to the venue in large trash bags. Once there we blew up the other 25. I had printed a picture from the internet of what it is to look like and some accessory photos but still don't know how the ribbon came to play. The tape didn't hold so we used push pins and just guessed how to place the balloons. It is a nice backdrop for photos although mine is not as nice as the picture. It takes two people a couple of hours to assemble it with balloons already blown up. The balloons are of good quality and easy to blow up. If you pop the sequin balloons, balloon filled with sequins, they make a big mess so take a broom and dustpan.

The assembly was easy, I’m experienced at making balloon garlands but I felt this would be super easy for a beginners. The amount paid was fine, however, you need to buy two packs you want to make a garland or two pillars. When I blew up the balloons they looked super cute, however, the blue balloons sucked, they had small holes or popped as soon as I tied them. I would say that about 50% of the blue ones were a waste, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to making the blue stand out. The other balloons were fine. Piece of advice, if you are expecting the balloons to look full don’t fill them with air until it’s almost time for your event. The banner is a nice size banner and the material looks good.
