I am shooketh at the cleaning this thing can do!! It does all the work for you and you just wipe afterwards, or use the cloth piece that comes with it. Very user friendly, not too heavy, and is a cleaning machine! Highly recommend

A compact, convenient device for deep cleaning around the house that’s quick to set up. It works exceptionally well on bathroom tiles, grout, kitchen counters, and appliances—removing stains even when chemical cleaners fail. The 12 attachments cover virtually every task, with a handy guide for choosing the right one. Customer support is also excellent and very responsive.

I mainly purchased this steamer to defrost my ice maker, and for that use it works very well. The steam output is strong enough to break up ice quickly, and the small 90-degree attachment is especially useful for reaching tight and hard-to-access areas inside the ice maker. That accessory alone made the process much easier and more controlled. I am giving it four stars instead of five for two reasons. First, on a few occasions the water fill knob did not open smoothly or failed to properly grab the screw, which was a bit frustrating. Second, I tried using it as a garment steamer on a couple of shirts. Even when holding it at a reasonable distance, it did not remove wrinkles effectively, and I ended up using a regular iron instead. Overall, it’s a solid product for targeted steaming tasks like defrosting and cleaning, but it’s not a great replacement for an iron when it comes to clothing.

I love this steamer! It is easy to use and works on everything in the house. It gets rid of mold in tile, stains on the couch, deeply cleans toilets, cabinets, mirrors - you name it! I love that I don't have to use harsh chemicals to get things clean. In addition, I had to reach out to their customer service with a question, and they were amazing! Got right back to me and were very helpful!

This little machine is awesome. The pressure is great mine did not leak and it was hot! I Cleaned my grout, my bathroom, my kitchen, and some stuffed animals with ease! It changed my whole cleaning routine. The attachments were perfect for all the jobs! I will never go without one of these again!

I was EXTREMELY excited to get this purchase as I've heard so many great things about this particular steamer. The steamer is made very well and the instructions are clear and easy to understand. It heats up a lot quicker than expected so I really appreciate that when doing a bigger project and have to refill the water. It does take a while to cool down however, for you to replenish the water supply but I appreciate that it has a lock so it WILL NOT open unless it is cooled enough as a safety precaution. I do wish you could see the water level in the machine because it recommends a certain amount and has a measuring cup which I love but i recommend and do pour all of the water out in between replenishments because I can't see how much water is left and it does warn the water can overflow and burn you if it does have too much. I do wish it had a softer brush option as all the brushes are quite stiff and I worry they will scratch the surfaces they say are safe for in the instructions. I absolutely love the window cleaning and scraper attachment and makes cleaning the windows a BREEZE. My biggest disappointments are pretty unfortunate though because I had to learn them the hard way. 1. It is NOT for cleaning a couch or upholstered furniture as it brings the dirt up to the surface but there is no way to remove it so my couch ended up looking absolutely disgusting and had to borrow a different machine to clean it. 2. My steamer only came with one cloth for one of the attachments that requires it, and is probably the most versatile and useful tool. Even more disappointing, all over the box and inside the packaging are multiple cards and labels saying if you email or call this company, they will send you 2 free of charge extra cloths plus a 12 month warranty and I emailed/called/messaged, at least 3 times, all the possible contact information given and they never responded and the email was not even a real email. The last thing I have to say and probably the worst to learn the hard way and most important to know is, when cleaning surfaces like walls and baseboards and doors, be very quick about it because it WILL strip your paint and leave little holes in the wood. Again, I think it has some great benefits and I love that it cleans without using chemicals. Overall I would NOT recommend this particular steamer but possibly a better quality steamer or from a different company would be a better choice.

I love this product! It's very helpful for cleaning small areas. The tank isn't very large, so it does take a bit of planning to decide what to clean, but even so, I decided to keep it because it does a great job.

Es un producto 100% RECOMENDABLE, sólo que hay tener cuidado, cuando hay que volver a ponerle agua, abrir lentamente la tapa, porque algunas veces tiene aún vapor que puede generar quemaduras. Si lo adquieren, no se van a arrepentir. Pues en la juntas de los pisos, realmente el resultado es asombroso, previo poner líquido especial para eso.

I got the item looked new but didn't heat , even I switched it on for 30 mins. Returned the item and asked for replacement but it was lost on its way. So canceled the order and got full refund.

I expected there to be a feature that could keep the steam going without having to hold the button down the whole time (because the picture shows the person not holding the button down to use) but there wasn't. It was very hard to use with arthritis in both hands needing to both press the button down and hold the steamer at the same time. The steamer also took a long time to clean a little bit of grease off a small area of my kitchen back splash above the stove. I've used other products that work faster and better.
