Good content, poorly presented.
I really wish the author had paid someone to proof read this book. The concept of writing a book for novices is great. From the first few chapters I've read, this book seems to do the job but it's not made easier for having to read and reread sentences because the sentence doesn't make sense.

Great for beginners
I absolutely loved that these books assumed the reader had zero prior knowledge of computer networking. They even start with a definition of what computer networking is! Then the books move onto what hardware and software need and the pros and cons of different pieces of equipment. They even have a formula.to figure out how much cable you will need! Overall, I think this is a handy guide for someone looking to connect all their computers but really have no idea how to go about doing that

Very well explained!
I purchased 6 CompTia books that were excellent, but struggled to understand them at first because I'm new at Networking. I had a lot of questions from what I read in the CompTia books and this book made it clear. Thank you Mr Russell Scott for writing a book from a beginner's point of view. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
