If I don't put anything on the bottom shelf, can upper rod carrying 450lbs alone?

I have hung approx 300 lbs. of heavy velvet drapery panels from the top rod and it was perfectly fine. I have never used the bottom shelf.

Can i buy replacement wheels?

Not sure if you can buy replacement wheels. I would think you can. Great garment rack!

Can I buy just the shelves for the bottom? I have 2 of these racks from previous purchases, but no bottom shelves.

I have two suggestions for you. 1. Go the the manufacturer's website to see if they sell the shelves separately. 2. If they do, go back on Amazon with the part number and search on Amazon. Good luck.

What is the length between the two vertical posts??

I believe it was 43 inches from one vertical post to the next but expands even further to think 57 inches.
