Kefir for IBS
I was suffering with IBS from last 5-6 years. Then kefir grains from Mr.Kefir come into my life. I ordered them online from Amazon. I received the live grains with pretty much good quality. High Quality Kefir grains
I am writing this review after using the kefir for 2 weeks. The quality of kefir grain is excellent. Very good support from Mr.Kefir. From first batch onwards I am getting good kefir. I am using 500ml milk every day. Within 2 weeks the grains weight tripled in size. It is a clear indication that the kefir grains are of high quality. Every day I am consuming 100ml of kefir twice a day. My gastric problem solved completely. Bowel movement very good. Sleep quality improved. Amazing results. Thanks to Mr.Kefir. highly recommended

Perfect for Beginners – Easy to Make and Great Quality!
I am completely new to kefir making, but this product made it very easy for me. Once the product was delivered, I received a video with the preparation procedure, which was very easy to understand and follow. I have successfully prepared kefir three times so far without any issues. The grains are healthy and active. The process was simple, and I was able to refrigerate the prepared kefir properly. Top-Notch Kefir Grains AND Incredible Customer Service!
The grains are very potent and are producing good quality kefir. Even if i store it in the fridge, the milk ferments in 3-4 days. If I leave it outside the fermentation time is about 9 hours. Even though the grains look small they are doing their job pretty well.Special shoutout to their back end support via WhatsApp. They reply to your queries almost instantly and this is the most impressive part.

Excellent product! Much better than what I has expected!!!
I have started using this for around 7 days now and getting excellent kefir. Following the instructions that were sent alongwith the product is bound to help all who will prepare kefir from the first time. I am not using too much milk now. You can see each days produce in the pictures attached. Right now in a relatively warmer temperature like Chennai, I am using pasteurized and refrigerated cold low fat milk directly for setting the kefir. In around 16-17 hours what I get is of very good consistency - neither dilute, nor excessively thick. The kefir that is getting ready in this manner is mildly sour (as saltless curd Lassi would feel and taste). I was initially wondering if this would really help any differently from curd, as I already used to take curd daily. But to my surprise, I found that it started helping me from the first drink. I have some serious health issues which seem to be causing me insignificant pain after I started kefir, when compared to earlier when I was not drinking kefir. I am happy that I got no bloating or any other side effects after drinking kefir made out of this product. I use a tall glass jar to set it, and fill it only around 2/3rd while setting the kefir. I tie the mouth of the jar with a clean muslin cloth everyday while setting the kefir. When the kefir granules are resting for a while after I sieve it out from the kefir, I store the granules in a glass jar with around 250 ml milk, covering with plastic lid, in the refrigerator. This way I ensure that the live bacteria in the kefir do not die. I take it out the grains from the refrigerator whenever I wish and use it directly for setting kefir. A few words of caution. Do not use hot or warm milk. Refrigerated cold or room temperature milk are fine. Cold milk will take a little longer to generate the desired consistency for the kefir, but it certainly would. Ensure that the vessels that you are using for kefir, are washed very well and dried. Chlorine in tap water might kill the live bacteria, so if you happen to wash your vessels with supply water that contains chlorine, use chlorine-free water for the final rinse before drying. Follow instructions given alongwith the product and the chances are nil that you will kill the live bacteria. Even if you get a slightly milder version of kefir on the first two days, do not worry. The bacteria are alive and within 3-4 days you will start getting excellent results. An important note - YES, MY KEFIR GRAINS ARE GROWING EVERY DAY - SLOWLY BUT STEADILY. Patience is essential if you want to reap the benefits of home made kefir using this product.I got excellent support from the business owner as he made it a point to contact me and give me much necessary guidance.Although I have written above the process that I follow, it is best that you go through the write-up sent alongwith the product to ensure you get the best quality kefir, and also to ensure that the grains remain alive.
