Just to be clear, this is my FIRST review ever but I love this product so much that I want to share it with the world! The reason I bought this was because I saw on a Facebook video that it works on cold sores. I have tried EVERYTHING to prevent and treat cold sores for the past 30+ years. I've taken prescription meds, lysine, other herbal meds that claim to help, ointments, essential oils, etc. All of it! NOTHING prevented or reduced the severity of the cold sore until now! I felt it coming and I put some iodine on my lips the second I felt it, as I have done with all the other remedies. I applied it 2-3 times a day and within 3 days, it was completely gone!!! Normally they last a good 2 weeks!!! I highly recommend this for cold sores!

Your body needs this, it's a requirement. If you think eating salt gives you what you need you may be wrong. Did you over time this evaporates from the salt. I didn't either, but it does so a few drops in my coffee I don't even know it's there and I'm good to go. I don't use this every other day or so, too much of a good thing isn't good anymore so all things in moderation.

First time trying 2% lugols iodine solution. Started with 2 drops (25mg). Second day I've taken it. I'm feeling much more energetic and focused and started feeling results the first day,and more the second day. Product came well packaged and arrived at stated time. Great price.

I’ve been taking this and don’t really know if I notice a difference yet. But I can speak to the taste! It has a little bit of a weird taste directly on the tongue, but if I put it in my coffee I don’t notice it at all.

Recommend to me by a friend, taking it as a supplement and I fell its working. Just for a period of time. Consult your physician if it is right for you.

Does what it needs to do, wasn’t expecting for it to rub on more like olive oil with a yellow tint. But I forgot it’s very diluted percentage so that’s to be expected! Works great
