Today is 14 October 2024 & I have been taking these capsules as instructed since September 2023. I have more energy than before & have lost a stone & a half without trying. In fact I now eat more than I used to do but my metabolic rate has increased. I also enjoy a nightcap most evenings.At first I saw nothing happening for around 6 weeks apart from feeling I had more energy. don't work. Lost money

These worked very well as they kept me going even without a meal, however the moment I stopped taking them I became very fatigued and without any energy or desire to do things.

Absolutely brilliant!!! I'm a binger and a picker. I've only been using these 4 days now and I havn't felt the need to snack like pac man!!! Definately recommend!!!!

Been using for 3 weeks now half an hour before i know i will be actively walking or exercising and im very chuffed with the boosted weightloss, i liked the xls fat burners but they are so expensive so im really glad i tried these ones! Along with a good diet, 10,000 steps a day, they do work. Have given 4 stars because they do make you go to the toilet lol

Almost finished my supply and find I've gained rather than me losing some weight, wasn't expecting miracles even a 1lb loss is a goal but nope! Nothing! Been on these tablets for 2 months now along with dieting and watching what I eat. I have put om weight. These tablets have not worked at all.
