Why did you pick this product vs others?:Used with stick tiles and this adhesive was easy to apply and use. If you get a bit messy, just wash your hands with water real quick and you should be good. I do recommend using gloves though.

AWFUL! It's the consistency of water and just drips drips drips! what's the point other than to make a mess and frustrate the user?!?! ugh...
