Excellent alternative to pills. this Vitamin D goes down easy, doesn’t taste too bad, no lasting aftertaste. I could wish it was a little more concentrated. But, it is reasonably priced.

I purchased this because I was looking for a liquid vitamin D supplement. This is a oily liquid with a light unpleasant taste. I don't really care for drink oil based products, and this is surely an oil. I've been taking if for about a month now. I'm not seeing too much of a result, I'll stick with the pills
