I purchased this hot/cold pack for help with migraines/morning headaches. I like that it has a strap to hold it on so I don't just have to lay on my back to keep it in place. It feels great and definitely helps with the morning migraines. I tried it in the freezer and just could not bear the cold, so I keep it in the fridge and it feels perfect; just the right amount of coldness to be of help. I've not tried it warmed up yet, but the husband sometimes has sinus headaches or issues and it will be great for that as well. Good deal for migraine relief! It does help.

I love this mask so much! I have terrible sinus issues and I sometimes use traditional ice packs to take the swelling down. This mask is amazing! It puts the ice exactly where I need it. Brought down the swelling and provided much needed sinus relief. Plus, it soothed my puffy eyes and made the eye area noticeably brighter and rejuvenated. The fact that I can still see while I’m wearing it is very convenient. The Velcro straps do a great job keeping the mask in place. *I do recommend letting it sit for a few minutes after removing from the freezer (if frozen solid) so the frozen gel can soften up a bit. I am so happy I found this gem!

It fits snuggly on the face with the velcro strap on the back. I have only used it cold so far and it worked awesome. It was fairly comfortable to wear and I didn't feel suffocated at all.

Finally relief for my sinuses. I have a gel mask that I was not satisfied with it covered my eyes and did not conform well to my face but this one does and it feels so great. I stick mine in the fridge and not the freezer so that you do not get frostburn on your skin and it also makes it more fitting to the contours of your face. I could feel my sinuses open almost instantly when I put on the gel mask. I also found that after working in the yard it is a great way for me to cool down or if my skin feels very hot. I have a very odd shaped face and it fits it well especially with the adjustable velcro strap in the back. I really am happy with my purchase.

I rarely give 3 star reviews. Given I actually gave away this face mask; because I was constantly uncomfortable using, I couldn't rate it higher. Discomfort number 1, it felt like I was getting frostbite when I had it in the freezer. My face constantly felt like it was getting chapped from the coldness. When I switched to the fridge i would still have to let it sit for about 5 minutes before I could try to use it. Honestly I could have over looked this if it wasn't for discomfort number 2. The plastic around the nose hurts. The mask has a thick plastic piece that wraps around the nose. I constantly felt like it was digging in. The reason I gave it a 3 star instead of 1 star is because the person who I gave it too doesn't have this discomfort around the nose. She jokingly says my nose must be either to big or to small for it. So I am still on the hunt for a face mask to help with my sinus problems.

Perfect for the face. Bought for after sinus surgery and worked well. Stays cold with the little pellets inside. Is a little stiff coming out of the freezer so I wait a little while before using. Headband piece makes this perfect even is just using on the forehead only.

Does not get cold enough. 2 days in freezer. Used it and 10 mins later back to room temperature. Really does not retain the cold at all

I love this product - it may be one of the best things I’ve ever purchased off Amazon haha- ok it fits well, I freeze mine and use it to de-puff my eyes. If the forehead area is too cold you can slip a tissue between the mask and your skin until the mask warms up a bit. I had my tooth pulled this week and it’s soothing it. I’m going to order more. You do get a little small something that’s nice for relaxation as well. This mask is an A+ for me.
