My 7 y/o son needed new shin guards for the fall soccer season. I'd noticed my 10 y/o nephew wearing this style for a while. My veteran soccer coach brother said they're an excellent choice, but be sure to get them on the correct leg as they are form to fit right or left, will be uncomfortable and move around if on the incorrect let.My son was so excited about brand new still in the package shin guards he had to put them on immediately while I was driving. He needed very minimal help which was mostly verbal. Mainly direction on waiting to put the actual guard into the pocket until it was on his leg and to look for the R & L indicating which leg each guard was ment to fit.He fought putting his soccer socks on his feet after getting these tight fitting shin guard pocket socks (??🫢idk what they're called...) on with no issues, no joke!!Only down fall is the R & L are imprinted into the foam on the inside and they are not super easy to see. I am going to mark the letters with a bright chalk marker so he can see them easier. Easy fix.They didn't slipper or move around at all during practice & I coach kindergarten/1st graders so they are silly.10/10 would recommend & will buy this style again in the future ⚽️

My son loves these shin guards. He is 6 and can put them on all by himself which is a huge win for this bus mom! He says they are comfortable. They stay in place well. I like that they are easy to wash! They protect his shins better than any other ones we’ve tried!

My son needed new shin guards for soccer and these looked legit. I am pleasantly surprised that they are easy to use, fit nicely and stay in place for the whole game or practice. I appreciate that they’re labeled and my 10 year old can put them on by himself without any issues

They were way to small for my 12 year old granddaughter. They are made well and the pink color like she wants. However, I had to return them.

These shin-guards are great! My kid plays Select soccer... so his on the field 3-5 days a week & he loves these shin-guards! He even recently commented that they are lighter and cooler than adidas pair we bought as backups.If you need shin-guards look no further. When my athlete out grows his current pair, I will be buying another pair of these. I'm already thinking of buying backups, as I am writing this.

So far I love these.I'm not using them as they're intended for Soccer.I do stagehand work & video / film production.Especially when I'm doing stagehand work I'm pushing large cases around.I am constantly banging my shines.I'm still fighting a big open wound from several months ago that I had to see my doctor and a wound specialist for.That's why I ordered these.I love that these are a sleeve with a hard slide in shell.My biggest concerns were that they'd slide down, stretch, or I'd rip themSo far they haven't slid down and they're so comfortable to wear that I don't realize they are there.I've only had them 2 months so I can't honestly say how they might hold up with time as far as stretching or ripping.The sleeve seems to be well made so I have high hopes.The shell itself give good coverage around the front of my shins where I constantly bruise myself.The back side of the hard shell has some rubber to isolate it from your shin upon impact.Their is a specific right & left shell which seems to better protect your legs.The first time I put them on I didn't pay attention to that and I definitely notice better coverage doing it right.The sleeve goes on and off easy enough.I try to keep the sleeve to the front putting on but I usually have to make a slight adjustment which is easy.As a bicyclist I have leg and arm wind sleeve for colder days.The material of these seems to be similar to those. I would guess the material is also close to the woman's tights.I was really debating between all the choices on Amazon.Definitely way to many.For Soccer some might offer some better protection being larger.Others were like these but had velcro fasteners.I wanted a set that easily fit under my pants without making bulges, wouldn't slip as I was afraid straps would, even with velcro if they slid down as your leg tapers.Again, these are extremely comfortable and many of the others don't look like they would be.Normally I don't give 5 star as I feel to many are not real. Personally I put more faith in the 4 star.At this point I feel these deserve 5 star unless they later stretch to the point that they don't stay in place,If that happens I may be able to modify this later.Again, for soccer, I can't honestly say how they protect against others. For comfort these are great and look like they would be better than any of the others I was looking atIf you're like me and looking for work or yard protection - definitely consider theseIf you find others for soccer to be uncomfortable, definitely try these.

My daughter has 5 feet tall, 13 years old, athletic slim at 85 pounds and these work great. She actually does not use the sock because club ball makes their socks out of 27 layers of cotton mixed in with leather.😝The durability and thickness is top-notch.

I love these. Super easy, they stay in place, and they don't add bulk to the ankle area (like the strap on guards). My 8yo also likes these a lot. Easy to wash/dry the sleeves.
