Exellent Replacement for Storing Bike in TIght Places!
The handle bars fold easily on demand, but stay firm when riding. It is a life saver for storage in a hallway or when in need of moving bicycle around tight corners! Replacing was quite easy and the accessories fit as well as on OEM handlebars.

Adds more garage space for parking.
Best bike addition making it easier to get into my garage.

Very sturdy, tight, impressed.
I use these on my 7000w hyper scooter, they are strong, with little to no flex and no rattles, they are tight for folding handlebars, Very impressive! Keep the lock couplings maintained with a ubricant, because they get tighter the longer they are used without being folded.

Use oil
I've been using mine for months and haven't had any problems. I read other reviews that say that it sticks open. You can tell that it might. So I just put 3 in 1 oil on it before I first used it and every couple of months and it has never got stuck.

Will not fold after using for a few weeks.
I bought this awhile ago but had to wait for some other parts before I could installed it. Once I got it all hooked up it was great. About a week ago one side locked up and could not fold it anymore. Today the other side locked up. Past the return time and now stuck with nonfolding bars. The whole reason I bought them.

Maybe I just got a bad egg
For a while. the folding handlebars helped me fit my bike in the back of my car. However, both ends felt a little loose. Little did I know during a 50 mile ride, the left side would break unexpectedly clean off. It also had problems a few times folding. I had to use a lot of wet lubricant to get it to fold to a compact position.

Don't judge a book by its cover.
At first I thought the straight Handlebar didn't "look" right, but this was my brain comparing. I have taken two rides in the woods with these folding handlebars and they felt great. I bought a small Specialized just for woods riding. I added folding handlebars, and pedals and it fits nicely in my car. The handlebars fold up nice and once extended, have no wiggle. They have the rigidity traditional bars.

Light weight and convenient .
Makes packing it away A lot easier. I didn't like it at first because it has more flex in it then the old steel handle bars because of the pivoting mechanism, but they have not broken. So far so good don't know if I would recommend them for heavy off road and going off of jumps, just getting around town and going off on dirt roads/open fields seems to be fine though.
