Ruger LCP is a perfect fit
As someone else has noted the original pattern Ruger LCP easily fits this holster. Since I'm an OFWG (old fat white guy) I my body shape works best with an LCP and an outside-the-pants holster. I thought about a Sneaky Pete style holster but felt that it too readily said "gun". This little black fabric holster simply doesn't look at all like it contains a gun. This PDA style holster is not only unobtrusive, the black fabric says "PDA" and not "gun". The holster flap is held in place with a strong velcro strip. Initially, I found this to be troublesome, but found that with a little tweaking you'll a have holster that provides instant access. Here's what you can do:Initially, I'd decided that since the holster flap easily held its shape, I would simply cover the velcro with duct tape. Further examination with the LCP placed inside the holster showed that the holster flap only engaged about 1/3 of the velcro material. This allows me to have easy one hand access to my handgun. Either of these tweaks will give you easy access to you gun when you need it.The final tweak involves actually fitting the holster to your gun-belt. After several tries, i found the holster's spring clip to be annoyingly stiff. it is much easier to simply remove your belt from a couple of loops and thread it through the spring clip. Doing this allows you to easily position the holster exactly where you want it to sit.Since my usual attire is a pocket-tee and a blue denim work-shirt this handy little holster is almost invisible yet, with these minor tweaks, it still provides me with the kind of instant access to my little LCP I'll need in an emergency. Highly recommended.

VERY STIFF - GREAT FOR HOLSTER - BUT NOT AS A CARRY ALL POUCH
This case/holster is exactly as the dimensions say. It is VERY stiff, and it will expand the thickness to about 1 inch if stuffed (The material that comprises the "thickness" part of the case is a bit elastic - and will stretch from about 3/4 inch to around 1 1/4 inches). The stiff edging takes up about 1/4 inch all the way around the height and width. The inner dimensions when stuffed, is 3.25 inch high, 5.25 inch wide, and about 1inch thick. There are NO belt loops, only a metal belt clip in the back center, and you can fiddle around with it to remove it (it is slid onto a vertical "belt" loop and can be removed). This mounting system, along with the stiffness of the stiff edging, means it will NOT easily conform to the curve of the belt around your waist. I guess that's good for a holster, but it WILL stick out a bit. I am NOT using it as a holster, but rather to hold some odds and ends that make my pockets too bulky (Cough drops, pill cases, antacids, etc.) and I think I will sew in 2 belt loops near the edges to keep it more stable and closer to the contour along my belt. It is definitely very well made. The flap is held closed with a strong strip of velcro, so if you are using it as a holster, forget about a "silent" draw. I am giving this 5 stars, as it is very functional as a holster, just not a carry-all.

Needs some redesign work.
This item was likely originally designed as an actual PDA carrier and subsequently adapted to use as a holster for small pistols no bigger than a KelTec P32 or P3AT or Ruger LCP. The problem with it is (as others have already pointed out) is that the butt of the pistol's grip is visible when trying to conceal a P3AT or LCP in it. It can and will have to be modified by attaching pieces of material to completely close off the interior when a pistol is within and the flap is closed, so that no part of your pistol is visible while you are walking around in public. I have contacted the manufacturer and advised them of the aforementioned problem. I have managed to modify my own holster for carrying a LCP by cutting opaque plastic material (that is about 0.023" thick) from a disposable plastic food container and slipping the parts so made inside the holster at each end so that it looks like a plastic electronic device is within when carrying a pistol. Adhesive is not actually necessary; but using rubber contact cement will likely help keep the concealment parts in place when the pistol is removed. Hope this helps.

It is too small.

Does not fit a P 365 or Apple 12
I really wanted to love this and use it for CC, but it is smaller than advertised and it does not even fit my Apple 12 cell phone to be used as a cell phone carrier. Very disappointed.

Great Little Holster/Case for Active Outdoor Use When Total Concealment Is Required
This holster works perfectly for what it is - a relatively small holster at a cheap price with a VERY strong Velcro closing. I bought this to wear when walking/running and I do not want my weapon to fall out during vigorous activities, yet legally I have to have the weapon totally concealed so an IWB is not sufficient concealment. I put a Seecamp .32ACP and a loaded spare mag in this case, both gun & spare mag fit well and I don't worry about a noisy opening because I am primarily concerned about feral dogs and coyotes - they pretty much ignore the Velcro noise. For those of you who keep asking all the questions about what gun will fit - a Ruger LCP is probably the largest gun you will fit in this holster even when inserting it upside down (it will fit upside down, I tried it). Those folks who say an LCP doesn't fit are not inserting it upside down.

love it!
This works good for a kahr p380/cw380 fits in there great with magazine in pistol and you put the flap over. has enough room too for an extra magazine in there too. coworkers all just think its my cell phone. its just the perfect size cc holster that doesnt draw any attention. when im not carrying my firearm i just put my cell phone inside and it works that way too. cant give enough praise on this. the only thing that could make it better or improve upon is making it close and open with a magnet in the flap. but other than that this works great. Just has that loud velcro so when your on the can at work and if you use it as a cellphone case when you pull out your phone cuz your slacking off at work in the bathroom, someone might hear you and know your screwing around lol
