Kurt Vonnegut: The Complete Novels: A Library of America Boxed Set Hardcover – October 4, 2016

Love this. I was trying to read all of his novels since high school but finally decided to buy this instead of each individually. It's very nicely made and there's a red ribbon attached to the spine which I love because I have a strange habit of losing bookmarks. The only cons to this are very nit-picking. As people have mentioned the text is smaller, which doesn't bug me much, I'm 32 so my eyes aren't completely shot yet. Also, the pages are very thin and delicate, not the best to take to the beach. I have bought several of the Library of America collection books now and I have to say this; they are a true work of love for the writers works. Each book is made to perfection and it is worth the money. The text is beautifully laid out and easy to read and the paper is high quality. I have some of the books separately as paperbound or hardcover editions that were originally released and have had no issues rebuying it in the LoA collection because it is so much easier to read than when they were first published.

Top notch quality construction. Highly recommend for all Vonnegut fans.

I always buy from this company when I can. They make amazing box sets brim full of content. I was surprised that this set had four books inside instead of three! I am already enjoying Cats Cradle, the words are additionally larger than the set I last bought from them. Great value!

Obviously the novels are fantastic, but, let's face it, you are buying these to look good on your shelf and they sure do.

The type is small, difficult for my senior adult eyes. Many short stories I may not have read, or do not remember.. I am sure it will all come back to me.

Getting most all Vonnegut in one collection with easy ability to consume chronologically is a rare treat. The pages are very thin, problematic for a collection that should be enjoyed many times and shared often. I don’t regret purchasing but my one very strong desire would be pages I could dog ear and smudge with eager reader fingers without causing total ruin. So, a great collection marked FRAGILE would be better representation for this item.

Love the man's work. Read him in college and later. The collected works gives me joy of re-reading such a great author!
