this was purchased to replace my old and tired kitchen aid peeler.it's amazing how such inexpensive item helps in your prep work.it's sharp and ergonomic, the glide is smooth and very comfortable, 5 stars all around for design and functionality.i will get another one for fruit peeling and save this one for the veg.quality still exists!

Lightweight and easy to hold while doing a great job of peeling fruits and veggies. Cleans up very well. I really appreciate a great kitchen tool. Delivered quickly as promised.

I bought this specifically to peel peach skin because I was tired of blanching them and then peeling the skin. This gadget works like a charm! It’s sharp, and it picks up the skin and leaves the fruit nice and intact. It’s ergonomic and easy to hold. This is the best product I’ve bought on Amazon in a long time.

This is s very nice peeler. The handle has a nice comfortable curve on it, which makes it easy to grip when you are using a draw-back peeling style. I have not yet tried it on tough to peel items like asparagus, but routine peeling on vegetables and fruit works well. On ripe tomatoes it cuts a bit too deep, but that is easily controlled by adding a little bit of sawing motion to the peeler while you work. This is a good replacement for the discontinued Messermeister serrated peeler, in spite of having a more aggressive blade style.

Loved this peeler! It works like a charm, even on hard squash and sweet potato skin. Easy to use. Focus is important while using. Slow down a little and watch what you're doing. It is very sharp, so easy to cut yourself. Protective gloves are a great idea.It's a little difficult to clean the blade, without snagging the dish sponge. A small brush will work instead.I'll subtract 1 star for lack of blade protector to store it safely.

It’s great for peeling and very sharp! It cuts the time for peeling in half! Great tool!
