Good if you cant swallow huge tablets
I got this because I cant swallow huge vitamin tablets or capsules and because it's my understanding that the liquid form is more easily assimilated. I wont know how effective it really is until I've been using it longer. But it tastes good and has not upset my stomach.

Much easier to swallow the liquid than a huge tablet The centrum adult liquid multi vitamin still gives me my boost every the Citrus flavour has a pleasant taste. I wish that they would do a womens 50+ in liquid form highly recommend this product

Good concept. Flavor is just eh. Cost per serving is not too competitive.
Decent idea if you drink a lot and dislike pills. Flavor wise its just ok. Easy to measure. Bottle design could only prove so you don't have to rinse the measuring cup each time. Pretty costly per serving.
