What size is this flower?

It’s about 3in. Across. Very pretty.

Flower came in flat envelope and completely smashed... any suggestions as to how to get it looking like the photo again??

I had to very carefully fluff it with my fingers and the little twills in the middle I just lifted them up one by one with my fingers and after I fluffed it out I gently shook the flower
