The product makes your hair really soft. I wanted to return it because it wasn’t filled to the top, I felt like it was a used product. I don’t want to send back now because I wouldn’t want the replacement to not be the same. I think I will keep it.

Pretty, roomy and durable. I have washed this bag a few times and it hold up really well. No issues with the zipper.
