The Catit Groovy Fish is such a cute and fun toy for my kitten, and she absolutely loves it! The size of the fish is great – it's quite large, making it perfect for her to tackle and play with. The quality is excellent; it's well-made with a strong velcro that protects the internal mechanism, ensuring it stays intact despite her rough play. It feels sturdy, and the mechanism is robust, powering the fun tail-wagging action. The fish is powered by a removable rechargeable battery that sits inside. To remove it, you just detach the velcro fish skin and slide it out. Charging is easy with the provided cable and power plug, and it only takes about an hour to get a full charge. Impressively, one charge lasts for ages, so she gets plenty of playtime. The fish is very sensitive, so even the slightest touch sets it off. It's quite amusing when we accidentally knock it while passing by, and it springs to life, prompting our kitten to rush over, ready for another round of fun. Her reaction to the tail wagging is priceless; she can’t resist grabbing it and giving it a good kick. It triggers her zoomies, which are hilarious to watch. The entertainment value this toy provides is fantastic, making it well worth the price. The packaging was secure, and the delivery time was fast, as usual with Amazon. Great catnip toy with motion sensor tail. Is charged via USB. Kitten loves it and played with it for ages.... works straight out of the box. Comes ready charged. Makes a noise but this doesn't put the kitten off once he realised what it was.

At first kitty was a bit dubious about this toy as it's a little noisy when working (but not too bad) but now he's used to it, well the poor fish gets a regular beating. I also think it was a bit big for him when we first got it - he's grown a lot since. Kitty likes to stick his butt on it and squash it into submission. Also wouldn't be the first time he's used it as a pillow to sleep on. On occasion kitty is not the brightest and will lie looking at the fish and allowing it to slap him in the face repeatedly with it's tail. The fish is nice and bright and pretty well made. I've been impressed with how long the thing stays charged - one charge lasted 2 months and kitty plays with it most days (on average 5 minutes of the fish doing it's thing a day). Overall very happy I bought the fish.

I got this for my high prey main coon kitten and I was unsure how she would like it as it was bigger and heavier than what I thought it would be. I first separated the fish and the motor and stuck the cat nip in so my cats could get used to the individual parts and not be scared off. Thar worked really well all my cats enjoyed the empty fish and my kitten also took an interest in the flapping mechanism on its own. After a few days I put them back together and it is now my kitten's current favourite toy, she carries it around everywhere. It is also extremely amusing to see her proudly trotting around the house with a flappy fish in her mouth. I haven't washed it yet but the catnip comes in teabags so it is easy to remove before washing the fish

A very well received 5th birthday present for my fur boy. Size is perfect, quality is excellent and it’s not too loud. The motion sensor is a great touch rather than having to switch it on and off manually. Definitely his favourite toy!

My cat was interested in this at first as she watched it a lot when we first got it. But she never really wanted to play with it much. She did give it a good go one or two times. I think it's too large and with the plastic moving part inside I think it was a bit hard for her to bite on. I'll probably remove the plastic part and just leave it is a large toy after I've sprayed it with a bit of catnip. Generally my cat hasn't liked any of the toys which can move independently. She likes toys which we play with alongside her.

Arrived in a box with other toys. My kitten helped unpack them and sat in the box whist the fish was charged up. As I write this review, he is playing with it. The fish is quite large, about the size of a good sized trout. Very well made. A Velcro belly slot enables easy removal of the guts. Charged via USB port so no having to buy batteries. Ideal for a cat, or kitten to play with - forget watching the telly - kitten attacking the fish is more entertaining. I bought the Clown fish version as well. Both supplied via Amazon. Very quick delivery, well packed, good delivery driver.

Best toy I could’ve bought for him. Me and my partner work 9-5 so this was so handy , he loves just holding it and cuddling with it most days but sometimes he plays with it when we are gone and is never bored , he even gets zoomies because of it ! Really good value for money and the catnip inside makes it even more interesting to him! I’ve had it for over a week and I haven’t needed to charge it yet and it’s been ON since I bought it haha 👍🏼

Al mio gatto di 2 anni piace parecchio. Non glielo lascio sempre attivo, perciò quando lo accendo lui corre subito e lo afferra, lo scalcia, lo morde per almeno 10 minuti. Ci ha messo qualche giorno perché all'inizio aveva paura. Io prodotto è fatto bene, carino e di buona fattura.

The motion sensor is fantastic - this fish is cute and my cat loves to play with it. Only thing missing is the sound.

Très bonne qualité. Se recharge rapidement et tient longtemps. De plus, il est arrivé bien emballé et protégé dans un sachet plastifié, donc conserve bien l'odeur d'herbe à chat et arrive propre dans l'emballage !

My kittens enjoy playing with this interactive fish toy. They were afraid of it at first, but now I find it in different places around their play area. This stays charged for a long time.

My cat was afraid of the freeky fish at first but after some coaching he laid with it However my gorgeous cat (Boots) passed away Feb. 14, 2024 on his birthday - he was 17 years of age - miss him so very much!! Still have the fish - like new - will give it away
