Aside from ease of use and the multitude of real-time measurements, the real beauty of this meter is you don't have to lookup the check engine code - it does it for you when you display the code(s). Also impressive is how many different "interfaces" it is able to connect to as I had an older one that could not read my 2005 Toyota Avalon. Every car I've tried this on works like a charm. Good meter and good value.

my car has a turbo under boost fault, it has a crack in it so this has at least let me drive the car whilst the main dealer could fit me in for diagnostics a few months later.Anyway, this scan tool was great and easy to use.It was so quick I could even reset the EML at traffic lights.

Great item to diagnose vehicle problems!

Clearing OBD2 error codes with this unit is a breeze. Trouble shooting the root causes of problems is another matter; more art than science. However, for the diligent and the stubborn, you can do it. The product is solid. The PC software works fine too. It's an adventure. A learning experience. Saves $$$. Boosts your self-reliance index. (Car was Nissan Versa SL 2008)
