Thick, high quality silicone. Easy to clean and works well for its purpose. A little spendy compared to similar offerings but nothing egregiously so. I’d recommend it. It looks great on the counter too, even in my old duplex. I love the subtle textured surface and that it has a moderately sized lip that overhangs.

Works fine to protect our quartz counter. It would have been nice to know it has a wood effect, it's not mentioned in the marketing. Makes an otherwise good product look a bit cheap. You need to make sure your counter is extremely clean underneath or it'll slide, but a few drops of water can help it to get a good seal. Or you could use some double sided tape in the center and just peel up the edges to clean. A bit on the pricy side for what it is.
