It seems pretty much unused and in pretty good shape. However, there is a part missing: the "applique" that goes between the seat and the back that is supposed to guard the posture fit cable. I've tried contacting them several times in order to receive a replacement, but have not received a reply. I'm not sure the part is 100% necessary, but just beware that this definitely isn't guaranteed to be a safe purchase.

Well worth the money and for this price, probably one of the top chairs you can buy. Multiple adjustments and, most importantly, posture fit, makes it perfect for my back (two herniated disks are finally happy and let me work non-stop for 3-4 hours with no discomfort). Just make sure you get the size right for your body. I am 6ft and 165lbs - size B is perfect.I had a $200 cheap Office Depot chair l, which was fine for an hour or so I spent in front of my PC in the evening, but now with COVID and working from home, I cannot be happier that I switched.Now about the seller and condition of these chairs. I got mine from Chairorama. First chair had a little issue with discoloration, I would have still kept it, but when I contacted the store to give me suggestion on how to fix it (which I could try on my own), the representative just arranged for a replacement, which arrived in two days. Well... the new chair sent looks brand new, with absolutely no defects, discoloration, perfectly working mechanism and not a single scratch or dent... for almost half the price, compared to the official website.

My experience was very good. The have some constructive feedback that might help in getting people to rate 5 stars.1) include better instructions. The diagrams were blurry and the directions I received were for a slightly version of the chair. OfficeLogix had made many YouTube tutorials, so be sure to check them out. I reached out to the company and they responded quickly and point me to the appropriate video tutorial.2) my chair arms were a tad loose. OfficeLogix even had a video to show you how to add an e- clip or two to take up the slack if the arms are work. I’m not going to do it, however because I want to remove the arms anyway. Still, it’s nice that they have YouTube videos for people. It would be better, though, if the directions they send could mention the existence of all their video topics.Overall, a good experience, and the chair seems as advertised (although I do wish the arms were tightened prior to shipment, despite my personal preference to remove my chair arms).

I used the same Aeron chair for twenty years. It was just beginning to show minor wear when I changed jobs and left it behind. Perfect chair, I think.This year I have purchased two of them for my consulting business, the second of which arrived today, July 1, 2023, with a few surprises.First surprise: The chair arrived with the end of one leg sticking out through the cardboard box. The box was otherwise intact.Second surprise: As expected, a little paint had been scraped off where the end of the leg had been sticking out of the box, but the surprise was that there were small paint scrapes on all five chair feet (photos), which makes one wonder just how new the chair really is.Third surprise: The assembly instructions consisted of a single sheet, printed both sides and beginning with step 2. No step 1, and even stranger was the statement at the top of the page, which said, "Instructions for chairs manufactured prior to 1/11/2014," (photo) Still, I managed to successfully assemble the chair, mostly because I was already sitting in same model of chair and had only to look at it.The product is wonderful, and as good as it gets in office chairs. However, I do recommend caution when choosing a vendor.
