Major improvements over my old Diplomat winders
I ordered these watch winders as replacement for the (almost identical) Diplomat winders that have been with me for over five years and had half of the turntables out of service, and I was happy to see some singifiative improvements in these units:- The inner color being clear cream-white instead of black makes my time pieces highlight.- The turntables are in a more tilted position, so even bulky watches don't touch and scratch the acrylic window. This happened with my old winders and caused friction that definitely contributed to the turntables' mechanism failing.- Each of the 3 turntables in the winders has its own control knob. The old winders had ontly two knobs, one controlling 2 turntables and the other one 1 turntable. This gives more operating flexibility.- The holders in the turntable (each turntable has 2 holders) are a bit more separated, so the watches don't touch each other when winding. This is a problem I had with the old winder, and caused scrateches in a couple of my watches.- And most important... The motors in my old winders had a belt drive that came with a cheap flat rubber belt. The first time the turntables failed, I found a blog post advising to replace the flat belts with o-rings. When I opened the motors to change the belt, I found a couple of broken belts and lots of rubber dust inside the motor gear case. Cleaning the rubber dust and replacing the flat belts with o-rings brought the units back to work and gave me a couple of additional years of service (until now).So when I received my new winders, the first thing I decided to do is to replace the belts with o-rings to play it safe from the beginning. But when I opened the first motor... SURPRISE! NO BELT! The new motor gears have no belt, everything is driven by plastic gear discs. THIS IS A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT, using Japanese motors instead of Chinese. Big difference! So I put my new winders into operation inmediately, and are operating flawlessly and quietly.I am so happy I decided to purchase these units to replace my old winders, and at a lower price!

Beautiful, but durable??? ... and GREAT Customer Service
UPDATE**** JQUEEN Customer Service responded to my emails and sent me three new motors due to the issues I was having. Motor replacement took a little tweaking, but definitely doable and worth it. I'm happy to have a watch winder that is again working -- Making it beautiful and FULLY functional! Thank you JQUEEN, for standing by your product.-----------------------------------I've had this watch winder for a little more than a year. I immediately found the visual craftsmanship beautiful and have enjoyed it. However, about two months ago the motors started getting very sluggish and sporadically start/stop during normal run cycles. I have had other winders that have proven very cheap (you get what you pay for!) and my previous winder was a quality model that lasted nearly five years. For nearly $200 I would have expected the JQUEEN to last much longer. Has anyone else had issues with the Mabuchi motors lifecycle or lasting only 12-15 months?I've tried to reach out to the company directly on their website "contact" page, but haven't heard anything back for two weeks. I guess I'll try again. I'd really like to know if this is normal, a one-off, and/or if the motors could possibly be replaced instead of having to buy a whole new winder...!?

Quite impressive.
This JQUEEN winder had the same Japanese motor as my current winders so I knew it would be quiet and dependable so decided to give it a try. This winder is big and heavy but very well-made. Looks even better than its price suggests. It's both uni or bi-directional and adjustable as far as how long you want it to run. If this winder had an adjustable TPD controls, it would be perfect but it's not a deal breaker since it works well with my watches. I also like the fact that the soft watch holders are adjustable for small or large size wrists. I even like that one single switch starts and stops all three motors. I would definitely recommend this winder.

Seller Great - Product Not So Much
This unit shipped fast, was very well packaged, and has a beautiful finish. When first plugged in and set to run one of the 4 programs, it did so smoothly and very, very quietly. However, after it would run one or two of it's programmed cycles, the unit would fail to run any further. Putting your ear near the unit, you could hear a barely audible "blipping" noise. The only way the unit would run again was to turn it off and unplug it, and let the microprocessor/board reset itself. If they ever get that part of the quality control down, it will be a great value for the money. Until then it is only a very expensive, although beautiful, display box.

Wow ! This watch winder is fantastic !
Very pleased. First off, it is huge ! That's a good thing. I have a lot 40mm plus watches and they easily fit side by side. The winder (case) itself is beautiful, like a piece of fine furniture. It is heavy and well made. The cushions for the watches are the standard size with a removable ring around them for different sizes. I have 6 watches on the winders and 7 in the display line inside the case. All of my watches (various sizes) fit perfectly. Each winder (which holds 2 watches) has it's own control. A nice feature as there are 5 different settings. The motor is QUIET ! This thing just oozes quality. I have 6 different watches on the winder ranging from Rolex to Invicta. All are running and keeping perfect time. I should have bought this a long time ago.
