WORKS WELL !
I'm a one man cabinet making shop and do most all my edge banding by hand so any tool that will save time in the finishing process is worth it's weight in gold, and this seems to be one of those tools. I've trimmed a few shelf ends so far and it works very well ! A real time saver over using end nippers and a file to trim and finish the end of a door edge. And it's nice to see that someone is finally producing these at a price that is 3 or 4 times less than others on the market.A really good value !

Chinese Garbage
It would be nice if they checked the products before they sold them. Mine cocks at a 45 degree angle and won’t close at all to cut anything. By the looks of it they not only put the blade on backwards but the entire unit is way out of spec. Between waiting for the product and now needing to get a different one I am days behind.

Great Tool to have on Hand if you do a lot of Edge Banding
Impressive this edge banding tool works great. After allowing the edge banding to cool cutting is easy, and it will cut up to 2 inches wide edge banding. I used it quite a bit lately and have had any issues with the cut quality, it has a builtin straight edge so it's easy to use.

Worked well enough, but awful quality
Ordered brand new and the blade has a fair amount of rust and the actuation is very rough. Worked for a few cuts but they aren’t clean and this cutter won’t last for repetitive use.

Good, time saver, but really $20? consider your job and if this saves you time and increases quality in straight cut
Good product, and valuable. but not sure it warrants the $20 price, maybe more like $10 as your forced to still use a blade on other areas of your project, and at that rate may think twice about buying this. For me, I have 2500ft of edge banding to do and 300+ shelves to do along with the actual cabinets themselves. If I edge before assembly this tool will work well for the cabinet...but if its post I have limitations. Regardless 300+ shelves is pretty straight forward

Weak handle makes the cut unnecessarily difficult
The handle is a little weak. The trick is to apply a sudden force to get it to cut through a thicker veneer. Other than that it produces a nice clean edge.

Provides consistent results with little effort
Why spend the money on something like this when a utility blade or razor can do the same thing? Well one little slip with a razor could ruin the edge or worse could cause injury. The bottom line is that this tool takes the guesswork out of the process. It provides a consistent and fool proof result every time.
