Received the product today. Packing was good and secure. Works like charm. No noise at all.. assembling was pretty easy with the manual to guide. Totally worth the money spent.. if you're in doubt about finding the right fountain for your beloved pet go for it. Will post a review after a month about the product life.. so far so good!! Edit 1: after two weeks of using the fountain motor stopped working.. requested for replacement.. as it is understandable that the electronics can fail but if there is a way to buy the adapter separately that will be fine.. I’m not sure how long the replacement product will work too.. Seller should let know if there a link where we can buy the 5w motor. Reduced 2 stars for defective motor.. Edit 2: Got the replacement.. it works like charm for more than 6 months now. All electronics might have some issues. If you're lucky you'll get the best on the first purchase. Overall a good product. Quality check could be taken seriously by the manufacturer. Edit 3: This fountain and pump works till date after 2 years. Pro hint: use RO water do not use hard water this will prolong the life of the pump. Clean the fountain weekly twice and always provide fresh water for your loved ones

Very nice product, I am using it for my budgies as regular clean water supply for them was a task, but this product had changed it. It's been 7 days and i did not change the water and water is cleaner then my previous fountain. So you can also used it as a bird fountain.

Good quality materials.

What I thought was a really good purchase at first, turned out to be a disaster after a month of use. When I first started using this, it worked really well, my cats ( I have 3) took to it right away. A month later the water started overflowing.. the fountain and filtration stopped working in sync..water which is a little over the MINIMUM required level, led to the water overflowing from the top rather than filtering through the filter.. Sadly a wasted product! Will not recommend.

Good quality and worth the money. It's very cute and useful, especially in the summer when you need your cat to have enough water. I've had this for like 5 years, and only now has the power started to diminish. My cat loves it!

Replacement review: recieved a new piece this time(read my first order below). All the parts were in original packaging without tears or cuts. The motor is working well. Liked the round concept better that the other containers with corners. It's quite spacious for an adult cat to drink from it; whether the collected water or the flowing. Easy to clean and compact. All my 5 cats are drinking from it. Now, one is not enough, I have to buy another 😀 First order: Very disappointed with product because soon as I opened Amazon parcel, the box looked like it was manufactured some 10 years ago. Old. Firstly, it was used. Lots of pet hair all over the product. To worsen my nightmare, it never turned on. It was conked. So opted for a replacement. Will update. It's really unfair when you pay so much to open a not only used but also damaged product. Returning it.

This water pump stoped working after 3 months is use . Not able to find any replacement option .

Initially for 8-9 it worked well, but after that pump started giving noise and even after cleaning it was a problem
