Clogs galore
It’s a thick to texture, but the taste is really good. I’m an under supplier so I was trying to find things that would help me with my supply. I do think this help because every time I took this I ended up getting clogs really bad. I have never visually seen an increase in my milk supply, but due to the clogs I assume this work I had to stop taking them because I was getting clogged so much after every time I took them. It is pretty pricey, but I do think it it’s worth it.!

Amazingly Effective!!
I have tried SO MANY lactation products. And I have had just as many adverse reactions and side effects. But these gummies are a GAME CHANGER!!! Unlike the Boobie Bars which caused diarrhea/ excessive flatulence, these gummies have caused no noticeable side effects. Also they don't taste bad at all! Pleasantly fruity, mildly sweet.And my milk supply has doubled in 2 days.... let me repeat... 2 days... 2 freaking days.... I am so thankful that I am able to continue providing nourishment for my 4 month old girl with her growing needsI hope anyone who tries them has as much success as I have. Love the taste nice and sweet for my liking but not sure if I see more milk then again it's only been a day or two hoping to see a big difference!

Did not work for me hopefully better for you
Taste was horrible but still gave them a try and unfortunately they were nit effective. I feel they are not worth the money spent. The size was easy to chew and the texture was okay. Overall quality was not worth it.

Boosted supply
I tried absolutely everything I could to boost my milk supply and these bad boys are the ONLY thing that worked! I went from being an under producer to being able to especially breastfeed my baby. I recommend

i bought these because the reviews say they worked really well. I've been taking these for 3 weeks now and have not noticed a difference at all in my supply. Drinking body armor works better than these. Also they smell bad. They taste bad. And they leave a green sticky film on the inside of the bottle which is weird given that the gummies are purple. I do not recommend spending THIS much on this product. There are cheaper things that work better. Will not be buying again.

TASTE GREAT
i like the taste of this vitamin, it’s like a berry flavor. the texture isn’t like an actual gummy vitamin. it’s more firm but it still has good texture. i like that it’s less than $20 for the bottle. i’m currently experiencing postpartum hair loss and if i forget to take the gummies for a day or 2 i can definitely tell! i use it mostly for the postpartum hair loss. it did nothing for my milk supply.

Not as effective than other brands!!
I love the idea and the fact they look like gummie bears. However, this brand DOES NOT help produce breast milk effectively!! The product states that it's 100% guaranteed, however, this product did nothing like it stated it would!!! 😐 It's also too sweet.I had a way better experience with the Frida Mom gummies than I did with these. These are like eating candy, unfortunately ķ
