Great reel for the money…just could do with finding a spare spool

Good Reel, I have three of these in different sizes, All are smooth and do the job.

Amazing reel,great value for money.

Not bad ,but feels rough..not like a "Swiss watch " so to describe ..a shimano for example..but definitely not a bad quality at all. So ,if u got some sharp fishing senses, get shimano 4example, otherwise this is a good quality product! Recomand

I don’t have anything better for basis for comparison but this reel feels very smooth, very solid, I haven’t had a single wind knot, drag is excellent. You won’t be disappointed with this thing it’s great. Cast for miles. Now looking at the pricier penn models but unsure how they could improve on this thing enough to justify twice or triple the price. Might just get another size of this one .

I really am not one for writing reviews but felt I should after using this for the first time. This is a very good reel, and excellent value. It is robust and simple, very smooth action, and a nice sized spool.Very happy with this purchase, all the quality you'd expect from Penn.

I own a couple of penn reels and they are performing very well. Build quality and seals are very good. Robust but heavier and a little less smooth than maybe a Shimano but you’re going to pay a premium for those. I’m very happy with my Penns

Smooth, strong, hard wearing.This is a great quality real without any of the unnecessary bells and whistles which just push up the price and reduce the reliability. If you want something which is going to handle a variety of fishing scenarios with ease, never let you down and not pay an arm and a leg, this is a great choice. A real workhorse.Cannot be beaten at this price point.
