Perfect for PT after a fall
Never thought I’d be picking up marbles with toes in physical therapy but it’s working! I have diabetic neuropathy so I can’t always feel my feet and this has been a great exercise to help me be able to grip things better so I’m (in theory) less likely to fall.I use the “regular” size marbles
