I wasn’t sure if I’d like this. It’s extremely thick and creamy. However, it was a game changer for me this winter. Having gone through an incredibly tough NYC winter, my eczema was flaring and my dry skin was painful. This was a true miracle. I use it every night after showering. It goes on thick, but absorbs very well into the skin with good application (start with small amounts). No unpleasant odor or tacky feeling on the skin. It stopped the eczema flares, gave the right amount of moisture, stopped the itching and no more scratching my angry raw skin. Life saver!

Bought this at the suggestion of my dermatologist for my very dry, itchy skin. It works wonders. Relieves the itching immediately. Sinks in on my dry skin and softens it.

Terrible hand eczema - was using prescription steroid ointments but they didn't work. I bought this balm and have been using it every night and wearing gloves over a thick application of it. It has worked wonders! First time in a long time that my hands are hurting and the cracks are disappearing. The redness is slowly fading. You can buy cotton gloves on amazon. I cut the fingers off to make them more comfortable overnight. No more itching and scratching at night! I use it right after my morning bath, too, and re apply during the day (very light application). Great product!

Didn't really have high expectations. But I am relieved... literally it's the best stuff out there to relieve my eczema. The very first day... it stung for a few minutes. But the skin holding the moisture without cracking. And each day it healing. I don’t have the extremely cracked, dry, flakes patches now.

This is a very good cream but does have a greasy feel. But it does the job on my hives. This cream can be used on top of the Aveeno Baby lotion with prebiotic oat and Cerave baby lotion that I also use. Another product that I tried with colloidal oatmeal was less greasy ( iShanCare) but could not be applied over my after bath lotions without balling up . I was surprised. The greasy feel of this product eventually gets better as the cream soaks in. I find I use this preferrencially to the IShanCare.

I had a rash break out on elbow a knees after having anesthesia, and medication’s during surgery. In two days, this cream has alleviated the raw pimply, bloody rash! I am now using it on my feet and on my back because it’s so creamy I love it! The picture shows before and after on my elbow, the healing is beginning finally after three weeks!

I do not have eczema but I do suffer from OCD therefore I am constantly washing my hands throughout the day. To the point, especially in the winter, where my fingers and nails are cracked and dry. It can become itchy and painful. Regular lotion barely touched it. Specialized creams improved the conditions very little. I did some research and heard about this. Once I tried it I was in love. Its been about 3 months since I bought it and I have the softest hands. The skin on the tips of my fingers dont crack or itch. Even my nails look healthy. Worth every penny, and the product lasts for so long as you only need to use very little at one time!

Ive been using this for years recommended by my dermatologist for eczema. Softens skin and relieves the itch almost instantly. My skin goes from hard and crusty to smooth. I love this balm. A little goes a long way. Ive tried others to save money and this is the best. Worth the money especially in dry climate like Colorado. Highly recommend

Encontré la magia...! La crema de día tardo un poco entonces cancelé ese pedido, pero conseguí el gel y este bálsamo. Una maravilla. Tenía 4 meses ya con un brote de lo que se hace llamar eczema que comenzó una mancha por aquí, una mancha por allá en la cara, párpados y cuello. La comezón era insoportable. Debo decir que después de una semana o menos todo mejoró! Mi piel ahora esta completamente limpia. El enrojecimiento era abrumador. Algunos días tengo ligera comezón y me aplicó el gel o bálsamo, y todo mejora en horas.
