Nice product, provides comfort to the feets, but doesn't massage whole feet in once, you have to adjust it back and forth. Although end result is great. Gives relaxation.

When I opened the box and removed the massager I got noises of loose parts from within the massager. Seemed like screws etc were making the noise. I didn't have the courage to even start the machine... Contacted Amazon and they asked me to connect with the seller . Raised a complaint ticket with lifelong. And someone called me and asked me to connect with them over WhatsApp I did that and the entire process was very time consuming and the customer service chat took more than half hour. I asked him to initiate a return and to refund me the amount. They were hesitant and told me that I would have to wait. I sent them. Pictures and also a video of the massager making noises.

I got a piece which makes small noise.. thak... thak.. while using. Motor might be deffective. It was observed after due return date of product.
