do these work on flat butts? Will they still be snug on my pancake buns?

It's not about weight, it's about measurements...if u don't have a tape measure, get ur regular size. For reference; 5'4", 170 lbs, 38" waist and 42" hips, I got a large, what I normally get in clothes. Hope that helps
