The sample pack is excellent even though there's bound to be a few flavours you don't care much for, but it's a good way to try all of them so you know what to buy - with the added benefit of getting a shaker.Personally, there are only very few of the flavours I'm not too keen on but that is purely a matter of preference. I didn't like the strawberry flavour in the beginning, but somehow they began tasting great after a few days. I enjoy the different options of shakes and more solid foods as it provides a welcome variety when you're following a very low calorie diet.I'm 26 lbs down - it has been easy, convenient, tasty, fun, and boy do I like the result in the mirror - all the lockdown weight is gone! It is weight loss without the hassle of having to cook, think up recipes, grocery shopping - instead it's so easy, so convenient, so quick, and incredibly efficient. My partner felt inspired and joined in - that's another 10 lbs gone.I start each day by selecting 6 different sachets - the food for the entire day, mix and shake and put it in the fridge - then I don't have to think or put effort into it - just grab a shake at meal times and at the most, heat it in the microwave. It quickly becomes routine, but admittedly the first 4-5 days are a a bit of a pain with annoying hunger.If you make sure to drink enough water as descibed by Nupo (check out their website - tons of good advice and interesting information) it is easier and the initial hunger is much more manageable, and for some reason, I find I lose more weight when I drink enough water during the day. Keep a large glass by the fridge, so when you go for a Nupo, you drink a large glass of water before the Nupo.Results are guaranteed if you follow this diet - there simply is no way you can't lose weight.The best piece of advice I can pass on is to tell yourself between meals in the beginning that it is OK to be hungry - after all, since you eat every few hours, that hunger won't last long! Drink a large glass of water and go do something to take your mind off food.Of course there's also the 'fill my tummy' tablets that come with the 10-day diet pack that really help a lot to avoid feeling hungry. I used them the first couple of weeks only, and then I was used to eating much less.

This is the 2nd box ive purchased, and ive had mist of the meals, and i love them all , not tired all the shakes yet , but so far the ones ive had are great, slowly losing weight which is fab , and being a celiac my stomach is feeling well 🤗

I decided to give this a try. I've tried many others before but this one was new to me and thought well.... when's the last time one saw an overweight Dane? So has to be good, right?No. Sadly not.Firstly the positives. It came in a nice box. Well organised. Each shake and soup smelled lovely except 1 shake. After drinking, I was indeed full a but longer than some diets.Negatives. Even though they smelled good the taste was not. It had a bit of a chemical and metal flavour like aluminium and chloride. Also a long lasting aftertaste which made me drink more water (pluses and minuses there). One shake, the mango vanilla, smelt like cat wee but tasted great. How that happened I haven't a clue. The soups and the oatmeal had the same metallic chemical taste to them as well.Also, when packing these shakes up, a pamphlet explaining when to take what or some sort of schedule in the box other than nutritional listing would have been helpful.By end of day I wanted a cheeseburger and fries so bad just to eat something with flavour. Sorry but I struggled through these and will not be trying it again. I wish I could say I had lost my sense of taste to covid but sadly I haven't.

The flavours are better than other brands, plus the shaker bottle included is excellent in breaking down the powders

I think it’s great for the variety, after the 4th one I just couldn’t get it down I kept gagging. The twanging taste. I tried to hide the taste by putting blended tomatoes in the tomato soup but that’s not the idea of buying the pack.

Taste of the savoury meals need looking into

I got this as had ti have soft diet after surgery and it was perfect 'lovely flavours great value for money

Really nice selection of flavours, you can get hot meals to do in the microwave which include exotic flavours and nice cold drinks.
