This ball is on the smaller side of some of the options and it is a nice option to use when you're looking for a variety to manage foot pain. I use several different balls and having this in the tool kit is great as the high number of nubs provide a unique feeling that works great on the center of my foot. Product is high quality and should last for years. If you're looking for a little more pressure definitely add this to your kit.

I was having some plantar issues on my foot due to running, and this was a big help in relieving those issues. The massage ball is stiff yet comfortable. It makes for easy rolling on the bottom of my foot, and it helped stretch out the muscles on my foot. I don't need to use it all the time, but I definitely will keep it handy if my foot issues come up again in the future.

Pretty good it’s firm enough where you can feel it working. A couple of the little points have fallen off but I guess you can’t expect it to last forever

Reviewers were right....don't buy the cheaper massage balls. This one is AMAZING!! It is firm but has a little give so that it is not painful. The size is perfect to take on the go. Purchased this ball to gently massage the arches in my feet due to plantar fascitis. Would purchase again and recommend!

I am a runner who runs a lot of miles. I have been having some plantar fasciitis from overdoing some speed training. I bought this ball to help roll out my foot before and after runs.A lot of these kinds of products have spikes. I don’t like the feel of the spikes when I roll out. I bought this product because it’s raised parts are flat and square. I think it is more comfortable that way. The product seems very durable and shows no signs of wear or tear after a month+ of hard rolling.My foot has been feeling better than it has in months. I still get a little pain, but this ball has really helped to loosen up my foot and decrease the frequency and severity of discomfort.I would definitely buy this product again. For the price they charge, it is very much worth the money.

Pretty durable but it’s the size of a golf ball

Takes my pain away. Use them for about 5-10 minutes and then I can actually walk on bare feet again. Best product around I think because of the material and how it massages the tissue in the feet. I’ve used it for the palms of my hand too. This is a life long product I will hope you stay in business for ever or else I’m buying 100 of these things. The only reason I’ve even needed to buy new ones is because I lost them, being small bouncy rolling balls haha. I recommend keep them in one drawer or space at all times or your pets might play with them and they will disappear. This product deserves more than five stars.
