Outstanding Helmet – Comfort, Convenience, and Value
I am extremely impressed with the ILM Bluetooth Integrated Modular Flip-Up Full Face Motorcycle Helmet. From the moment I put it on, the helmet felt solid, comfortable, and well-designed. The padding is plush without being overly tight, and it fits securely even on longer rides. The integrated Bluetooth system is a standout feature. Pairing was quick and seamless, audio quality is clear for both music and calls, and the controls are easy to operate even while wearing gloves. It’s a huge convenience not having to install a separate Bluetooth unit. The flip-up modular design is perfect for everyday riding, especially at stops or when talking without removing the helmet. The built-in sun shield is another excellent feature—smooth to deploy, effective against glare, and eliminates the need for sunglasses. Ventilation is well thought out, keeping airflow steady without excessive noise. For a helmet at this price point, the build quality, safety features, and technology integration exceed expectations. Overall, this helmet delivers comfort, functionality, and excellent value. I would highly recommend the ILM Bluetooth Modular Helmet to any rider looking for a reliable, feature-rich helmet without breaking the bank.

Excellent helmet, really really vague instructions
The helmet fit, connectivity, and comfort are all excellent. My main gripes are the vents for the chin are too small and the instructions included are so so bad. The vent issue keeps the helmet visor fogging up until I crack open the visor. This could be fixed in future versions of the helmet. The instructions on pairing the helmet for the intercom system are horrible and written in a font so small that mice squint to read them. The instructions do not say that the helmets will lose connection with each other once the helmet is turned off, requiring repairing and clearing the previous intercom pairing. That said, the FM radio is good. Voice commands from Google assistant and Alexa work when set up. The phone controls for music are also good, however I have to control volume for that function on my phone. The helmet causes the music to skip to the next song or repeat the last song played. Phone conversations are loud enough to be heard even with earplugs and the quality is acceptable. Overall, I like this helmet for the price. My Sena helmets are awesome too, but cost twice as much for what I feel is the same featured helmet. Solid buy.

Helmet is great, bluetooth is 50/50
I ordered the XXL, my head is 24" and the fit is fantastic. The 3/4 flip up is great, visor and sun shades great. The vents re decent though the once near the mouth should be bigger to prevent fog when stopped. The helmet is pretty heavy but not too bad. I'm also an XXL so that prob has a factor in the weight. When helmet arrived it was just the bare hemet in a big box with packing paper around it. The bluetooth battery/module was missing as well as the carrying bag. Called amazon and a week later I got a brand new one packed in a branded box with bag and bluetooth battery. I think the one I was sent originally was a return. The helmet is great but the bluetooth is 50/50. The speakers are pretty loud but have zero bass and sound like the treble is turned all the way up. You can't skip songs either which is really annoying. The wheel for the controls can be spun a bit in either direction and you can press the wheel in as well. Pressing the wheel in switches between modes (Bluetooth, Intercom, FM Radio) When you press that button the bluetooth music gets really staticy/laggy it's terrible. The only way I've found to get it back to normal is by turning it off and on again. The FM radio sounds decent. Can't comment on the intercom as I've never used it and don't plan too. I think the worst part about the bluetooth (aside from not being able to skip songs) is if you get a call and don't answer it'll auto answer after 15 seconds. People on the phone say they can hear me decently enough at around 35mph. I'm prob gonna keep the helmet but I'll still look for one with better bluetooth better speakers.

Comfortable, Bluetooth lasted allday
This helmet is ridiculously comfortable. At first it was not and hurt, but I emailed the seller and they sent me different cheek pads. Now I have no pain. Just did a 1000 mile round trip vacation on my Spyder and this helmet was the best thing. Rain, no problem. Rocks flying at me, no problem. Bluetooth lasted ALL day with my directions on my phone and several phone calls. It does get hard to hear and be heard at 70 mph. There is significant wind noise at 70 mph. I do wish the visor was a little darker, but it works great. I can wear sunglasses if needed. Would buy this helmet again.

Bluetooth is lacking, speakers are so so.
I bought two of these, one for me, one for my girlfriend. The helmet is great, good quality, good fit but the visor is a bit flimsy and after using it for a month or so does not stay up like it should. I would give the helmet fit and finish 5/5. The Bluetooth is a problem. On my girlfriends helmet the female voice is in a very thick Asian accent and you can't understand it, on mine I have no voice, just beeps. Pressing the button on the helmet is supposed to pause the music, which it does on my girlfriends but does not on mine so I end up having to mess with it on the phone if I really need it paused. You can connect two or more for intercom access, but you lose all other audio (music) when you do that. The audio quality in mine leaves a lot to be desired, it's very distorted no matter what I do with the volume. The other helmet is fine, it's like they're two different systems. I'm not expecting Bose type quality from the speakers but I should be able to listen without distortion.

I swore I would never own a full-face motorcycle helmet - too claustrophobic. Therefore, being my first one, there was a learning curve. I had to learn to put up the bottom piece to take off or put it on. I never thought I had a big chin but, my chin is pushed up against the helmet when locked in. I bought it one size bigger than I normally wear in my half helmets. I love the stereo. I saw complaints it has to much treble and not enough bass. Well, that is so you can hear it. It is the same reason as in fighter jets they use women's voices and not men's voices. The higher pitch is easier to hear. I heard complaints it was not loud enough. Really, it is so loud my ears ring afterwards. But then again, I don't ride a Harley with the tailpipes removed. When I received the helmet, I discovered the wall plug in was not in the accessory box. I contacted the manufacturer via email, and they quickly sent me a wall plug to charge the blue tooth. Thank you very much for that! It was greatly appreciated. All in all, I have come to love the helmet. Highly recommend it. (I did drop the helmet and scratched the clear visor. Waiting until they have the anti-fog visors back in stock before I replace the one I scratched dropping it on asphalt.

Everything was going fine until I got pulled over by the cops, apparently, these helmets aren't considered approved for wearing here in Australia, it was lucky that I had my open-faced helmet with me.

Received the helmet quickly. It fit very tight and pinched my ears. I ordered the XL because my head size was at the bottom of that range on the chart, but it was still tight. They very quickly sent me a new set of XXL pads but while it went on easier, it still hurt my ears on the non padded area so I ended up returning the helmet. Basically, if you’ve ever been told you have a big head, this helmet isn’t for you. It’s a decent helmet and the sound was ok.

This is absolutely the best purchase I've made for my biking adventures. My head is 60cm round, so i got an XL. First time putting the helmet on it seemed very tight, but over the next couple weeks it's starting to conform to my head and doesn't feel overly tight any longer. I LOVE the BT connectivity to be able to listen to Spotify while riding, or take that important call. The integrated sun visor is a great feature to have, no more changing out the front shield if it's sunny, dark, just flip the control on the left side. It definitely comes down nice and low as well, it actually touches my nose, but you can fine adjust the helmet on your head so it's not an annoyance. The integrated chin curtain is a very welcome standard option! Now for the reasons it gets 4, and not 5 stars. The venting leaves a bit to be desired. The top head vents: right side works awesome, the left side i don't feel at all. I did notice that the inside cushioning (tags) block the left rear hole. And the left front hole is not cut in the same place as the right side so it's sort of blocked by cushioning as well. The chin vent I can't even tell any different if it's open or closed. I get the same amount of visor fogging with it open or closed. While being able to open the modular front 1/4 is awesome, it's not exactly seamless when closing it. You do have to secure or hold the rest of the helmet when you close it back down, maybe i'm just being picky with that but it would be nice to be able to close it one handed. Overall the bang for the buck with this helmet is awesome! It's got the features of a $700-900 helmet for a fraction of the price.

Don’t buy, it’s garbage, battery died on my second ride and won’t recharge. Tried contacting them and no response. So basically an experience paper wait!
