Fur Hat Russian Ushanka for Men, Winter Warm Trapper Hat with Earflap

As soon as I open the package, I knew it was going to be subpar quality. It was packaged so tight I can hold it in my hand. When I did get it opened, I immediately saw that the entire cat was very thinly and cheaply made. The picture Does not reflect the quality. I would have kept it but as soon as I put it on one of the straps that is attached to the ear flap came off making it useless so I sent it back.

Despite the low cost, this hat keeps you warm but not too warm. During the texas cold snap this year this was perfect as I was working in extremely cold temps with high wind, so it kept my ears covered, kept me warm, but did not cause my head to get too hot.Between this hat and another fur hat I bought, I will say in very cold conditions, fur beats faux fur and synthetic materials any day of the week for regulating temps.

Yes, this is a very warm cap. It's of good quality rabbit fur. No shedding problem. It's, lined with a sort of quilted satin and it's sewn well. I've got long hair and caps often slide off, so I put in a suede sweat band in the front. For cold camping, I put down the ear flaps, tie it under my chin and wear it in my sleeping bag.

This hat sheds hair like crazy! After trying it on, my tee shirt was covered in hair.

Hat was of different, lesser quality than the brown one I purchased. The fur had an odd feel to it and a strange odor. None of which were present with the brown one, which I was highly satisfied with.

Fur is soft and smooth, Inside stiching seems top notch. am impressed with the quality. Was a little Shedy at first wear but after wearing for a day sheading has greatly slowed. Honestly bought as a bit but ended up being a gamechanger and now my go to winter hat. Best 30 bucks I ever spent.
