Actually helps me sleep
I was pretty skeptical that these would do anything for my anxiety or my insomnia, but I’m actually surprised that they do make me feel more relaxed and help me fall asleep faster. I chose these over other GABA supplements because these don’t contain L- Theanine in them like most of the other brands I’ve seen, that stuff upsets my stomach. So far, I haven’t experienced any side effects from these. I’ve started off with only taking one before bed instead of the recommended dose of two because that seems like too much. The only thing I don’t like about these gummies is the texture. Olly really needs to ditch the gelatin in their products, it’s gross and unnecessary and I normally avoid it, but I’m desperate for some sleep!

I didn't feel any difference after taking them.
I had never taken these before. And I didn't feel any different when I did take them. Nothing really changed. Not my energy level, not my sleep quality, not anything. So I finished the whole bottle but I did not order more. I would have liked to have seen a difference in how I felt.
