Excellent product. Simple moulding instructions and very comfortable to wear overnight to stop teeth grinding. I'd definitely recommend this product as a quick, low cost relief to jaw ache & headaches caused by jaw tension.

These are a medium but too big for me. They were a great idea and easy to mould but, as soon as I take it out, my bruxism starts again. Lol. I think I need hypnosis!!!!! All in all though, unless you have a small mouth like me, a very good product.

Couldn't get the moulding to work at all. I wonder if the instructions are incorrect but I followed them exactly and then experimented with different water temperatures but with no luck. With boiling or near boiling water the appliance goes so soggy you can't get it out of the water without the shape totally distorting. Sometimes it even stuck to itself so was instantly unusable. But with slightly cooler water it wasn't enough heat to change the shape. I have used mouldable sports guards very successfully but these are much thinner so don't hold their shape. Even when I did manage to keep one in a shape good enough to get into my mouth it just spread into an uneven shape and didn't fit at all. Used the whole packet trying to make it work and all had to be thrown away.

They are great. Bit they are to big.i ordered the medium and should have got the small.so will be ordering the small ones at some point.

I havea small mouth and these mouth guards are too large and feel thick in my mouth so I binned them

Couldn’t get on with these I’m afraid. Do shrink quite a bit as it says and not easy to mould. Couldn’t wear both top and bottom as it made me gip.

Gives me relief from pain in my jaw. Easy to modify and fit. Value for money.

C'est un bon produit, mais il est un peu épais et pas facile à utiliser.

First molding process is difficult. Later, there was quality issue which made impossible to use mouth guard. Lesson- better to take recommendation from professionals or dentist in order to buy mouth-guard.

Solo hay que seguir las instrucciones y tendrás una férulas muy cómodas por un precio increíble. En casa tenemos dos fabricadas por dentistas 300€ c/u. son más pequeñas y mucho más rígidas, no soy yo quien puede opinar sobre su idoneidad. Estas solo las necesitaba para evitar le bruxismo por la noche y para eso son perfectas. Vienen 8, en dos tamaños. Nota: mejor que retirarlas del agua caliente con una pinza que puede dejar marca, las coloco sobre una espumadera y las sumerjo los 20 segundos dejando la espumadera debajo para después sacarlos sin que quede marca, además así es más difícil que se pegue un lado contra otro.

Bon produit, facile pour prendre la marque des dents.
