I got these for taking my dogs out on hot summer days where pants are too much. Tall grass touching my legs and insects really bother me, and these were a way to prevent that. Pros: -I like the way they fit. I've never had much luck with silicone stay-up stockings, but these grip tight and stay up for the time I'm outside. If it helps anyone, my thighs are 18 inches around, and they stretch to fit that. They're lightweight and don't add too much heat. -They stop ticks before they get to your skin. Highly recommend for hikers or other outdoorsy people who go through tall grass and insect-y areas. It's a lot easier to pull ticks from these than skin. Cons: -They smell right out of the package, so maybe wash them before your first wear. I've bought 3 pair so far and am going to buy more.

Quality is very good, but they were too big for my leg and didn't provide enough compression. For reference: female. thigh is about 20", calf about 15"
