Once again, Anker products have exceeded expectations. Tilt and rotate angles are extremely wide giving you better coverage. Video quality is HD. There is no lag/frozen screen at all. This is a big advantage as frozen screens are a very common issue with most security cams on the market. Connection/reconnection to from app to the camera is very fast. When you rotate the screen it does not make a reconnection, which is a big plus compared to the senseU brand camera which we had been using for a while and were frustrated. Threw out immediately the old cam the moment we realized how good this one is. Definitely go for it. I just bought another one.

Camera and the app is reliable. So far in 2 weeks it has never crashed or hung. Clarity is very good too. Easy setup, takes just few minutes to get it up and running. Instructions for setting up could be made clearer, however it's nothing that could cause an issue. Got 3 cameras and worked like a breeze everytime to set them up. Only issue is the tilt angle does not go very low. If you have small children and the camera is kept at a height you will not be able to view lower angles below and closer to the camera. Other than that they are perfect.

Over the last 3 years or so I have purchased around 9-10 eufy camera including 2 solar cams. I really liked their interface and ease of use but recently the cameras have started to fail. 2 of my cameras have stopped working and the only indication is a steady blue/red dim light. I contacted the seller and they offered 10% off on my next purchase but didn't offer a fix or replacement since they were just past their 1 years warranty period. I would be looking at some other camera system for future as the quality of these cams are doubtful.

if the need it to have a surveillance on the baby or an area indoor to keep an eye on kids activity while away at work , this things has great motion sensor n tracking and instant alerts all that makes it very much a security camera but I had been using it surveillance on kids activity

Clarity is good. Works with Alexa echo show. Overall good. I have used both MI camera (360 2K Pro) for a long time and now this eufy camera for about 6 months. The clarity wise eufy is too good and works with google and alexa well. but comparing the MI camera i have faced following issues in eufy camera. 1. two way audio. in MI you just click audio button once and can talk as a normal call smoothly. but in eufy you have to keep press & hold the audion button to speak and the meantime if opposite persons are talking you will not hear anything. Annoying. it is kind of one way talk. you have to wait and reply. vice versa. 2. The recording In MI camera it defaultly record the motion detection, petdetection, human detection when 24/7 recording is off. but in Eufy camera it records only human detection or 24/7. And the playback on MI camera is smooth comparing to Eufy camera.

The camera is very good, and has many options and adjustments, just a simple note: night recording in black and white

Long term user here. Been using them for almost two years and haven't found any cons yet. Great video quality, and amazing app performance. I have multiple eufy devices now, and I highly recommend them.

Wonderful buy.

Works with Alexa perfectly, we can create routines based on motion detection by this camera, I had tried different cameras like Qubo, Imou, MI.. non of them worked.. but this eufy camera works like champ.. I would like to thank Amazon for taking back Qubo, Imou, MI cameras. First I brought mi camera by seeing works with Alexa tag but it didn’t work with Alexa well I returned it to Amazon, they happily accepted return. Then I brought Qubo, Imou camera it also failed. Lastly I brought this eufy camera it so perfect, when this eufy camera detect any motion Alexa will announce that motion is detected… so I’m very much happy…

Amazing product, good quality and works better than expected, some features do not work together but it is great nonetheless.
