I bought these is a bundle and they are beautiful beautiful plates however, they really don’t match with a bunch of them with and I feel like they should be giving the customer the choice of which bundle because they have a blue said that would’ve been better and they call a gray but it’s really Brown cell or light tan so I am returning those to get another set of the single plates that I had ordered before

Ordered two sets. Both sets were put in one box which made it very heavy. Would have preferred two separate boxes to make it easier to handle. Dishes are as described, packed well. happy with purchase. Haven't washed or used yet, but hoping I don't have a problem with either. Would recommend seller and dishes.

Overall they seem to be holding up well through the holidays and with plenty of every day use. No chips so far after 2 months. There is some colour variation between plates but one should expect that if hand painted. Our biggest complaint is that the plates are very flat with no depth. Eating a meal that might have any sauce or liquid will easily spill off the side if plates carried to the table, or if you want to use your fork to gather food against the side of the plate. A good value for what we bought but wish it was a bit better ergonomically designed.

Beautifully made dish set! All pieces were Packed safely and no chips or flaws!! Beautiful!! I’m really happy with my purchase.

I’ve only had this set for 4 months and almost all of the pieces have at least one chip on them. Bery frustrated with this product and would NOT recommend.

I previously purchased 2 sets in blue and wanted a third in a contrasting color to add interest to my table. I purchased the grey set. It goes very well with the blue. I am very happy with the quality of the set overall but sadly this set isn’t as sharp as the two blue sets I purchased. The grey glazing on each of the coffee cups is more messy and the same with the bowls. I needed plates by Thanksgiving so I didn’t pursue anything with a return so not sure how good their customer service is. I am not sure I would buy these again because of the sloppiness in the glazing.

The dishes were delivered promptly and they are beautiful!
