Received and when getting ready to use, a piece fell off. Asked to return due to defect which was allowed. However, they charged a restocking/shipping fee of $53.70 claiming that I should have let them know. Be sure to read their return policy,

This is everythingbit is purported to be, the only problem I had was it did not come with the wand necessary to test the stones. It is not clear from their advertising here, but there is another piece of equipment that is mandatory to use with this meter in order to test the gems. It required another $218.00 for the wand tester, and then there is also a battery charger that is separate. You can use standard batteries but they don't recommend it, and the battery charger is another added expense along with the rechargeable batteries.
